To me, drawing anime eyes is so fun, unique, and simple. It's a great way to create without the burden of having to brand something look "real" enough.

That is why I decided to create this web log post: A footstep-by-step tutorial on how to describe anime optics.

Footstep 1: Draw the Upper Hat
